Facebook dawned the hat of Santa for Path to Prajñā Solutions LLP on Christmas Eve

A few months ago, Facebook announced a grant they would like to give to about 30,000 SME’s, across the world, who are helping people tide over these difficult times and who have suffered major losses due to the lockdown.

As we fulfilled the criteria, we applied for the grant. I am sure millions of SME’s must have applied from all over the world. We underwent rigorous scrutiny over these months. We had to prove to Facebook that we are really doing our bit to help and support people who are reeling under extreme circumstances and that we had incurred heavy losses ourselves during this period.

Last night, just like that, I got a message that we have received the grant, with a simple line…”Hope this helps you”.

OMG, So so grateful to Facebook for recognizing our efforts to continue helping people in distress, inspite of us too finding ourselves reeling under these extreme conditions.

So grateful to Facebook for lending us a helping hand. Just yesterday, I told my chartered accountant that I will keep the company running for one more year. If things look up, then we shall continue. Else we might have to close down.

This grant, surely does not cover our losses. However, it is a sign to keep moving forward, keep doing what we have been doing, keep helping as many people as we can.
