Tunisha Sharma.. Rest in Peace my dear.

Tunisha Sharma’s suicide has come as a jolt to me. Hers was the only show I watch on tv. Tunisha Sharma.. Rest in Peace my dear.

I was on my way back from Uttarakhand, after meditating in MahaAvatar Babajis Cave and Neem Karoli Baba’s ashram when I read about her drastic step.

Besides an engaging storyline of her show, Alibaba.. Dastan – e- Kabul, I was enraptured by the deep loving looks the lead couple gave each other. The chemistry was palpable.

The way the lead hero looked into her  eyes, even a 90 year old woman, on her deathbed, would have fallen in love with him.

If the lead couple fell in love with each other, or were in a relationship outside the sets, it is but natural. This happens all the time in the TV and Movie industry. To be able to project an emotion, the Actor needs to FEEL it first, only then can that emotion be visible in their eyes.

Breakups also happen all the time, not only in this industry but all around us. Falling in and out of love is a part of Life.

After their breakup in real life, if this beautiful child had to continue to look deeply into her costars eyes, it would be all the more heartbreaking. Extremely so. I feel for you girl.

But all breakups do not end in suicide, thankfully so.

Then why did Tunisha take this extreme step? This question haunts me. Was a breakup the real reason for Tunisha to end her life? I don’t think so.

To all those who find themselves in such a situation, where your relationship with your partner has broken up or is going through rough weather, it is no one else’s responsibility to get you out of this heartbreak, other than yourself. No one, and absolutely NO ONE, should be more important than YOU, TO YOU. You owe it to yourself to make your Life happen to you. Your happiness is in YOUR HANDS, and it is Your BIRTHRIGHT to be HAPPY, under any and every circumstance.

Your partner/Ex or your parents or the industry you work in or your friends or neighbors or any OTHER person, cannot be held responsible to pull you out of this dungeon, unless and until you yourself put your hand out to get pulled out of where your life situation has unfortunately brought you in.

Reach out for help from anyone and everyone. Let people know you are hurting and you need help. Don’t ignore this pain. Seek help from professionals, therapists, counsellors, healers etc. to help you make sense of what has happened or is happening.

There is a way out of every situation in life. FIND THAT WAY. It is YOUR responsibility.

From a spiritual angle, I wonder what Soul contract Tunishas departed Soul had signed with other Souls. What were the lessons her Soul had to learn or teach? What karmic debt did this Soul have to fulfil? What were her past life blocks which have still remained blocked due to this unfortunate demise?

One thing is for sure. Until there is amicable resolution of any conflict, blocks, karmic debts with the concerned people, at the Soul level, this situation will keep on presenting itself to all those involved in this situation, over future lifetimes.

All those connected to this departed Soul should find a way to heal the trauma of this departed Soul, as well as themselves, in this lifetime itself. Hopefully, the benefits of this healing can be manifested in the future lifetimes.

My dear Tunisha, I pray that your spiritual guides make your transition to the higher dimensions smoothly. I pray that your angel guides help you resolve your pain in the spiritual realm itself. I pray that you rest in peace.

I pray for your family and all those who are directly and indirectly impacted by your untimely transition. I specially pray for your parents. No parent should go through this trauma. Sending you healing energies, love and light.

To the producers of this show, please know that your entire crew is in deep shock and need to be in therapy, more so the young children who are in this show. Their wounds are not just going to evaporate on their own. Please help them.

Lastly, more people from the small screen industry are committing suicide than the large screen. A concerted effort needs to be made by the small screen industry to ascertain the cause and address this issue promptly. Suicide CAN be PREVENTED. What’s more? Stress and Anxiety can also be prevented. Act on this NOW.

Om Shanti
